• Global distribution to major platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, and others.

• Playlist pitching, AI-driven targeting, and promotional campaigns.

• Professional audio mastering by Hollywood studio engineers.

3. Account Creation

To use certain services, you may be required to create an account on our website. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Keep your account information up to date and secure.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Service Plans and Payments

• Our services are offered through various plans, including Single Release, Mini EP, and Album Release plans, each with different features and pricing. All payments are one-time payments per campaign unless specified otherwise.

• Kantaland Hollywood reserves the right to modify the pricing of our services at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated prior to the commencement of any new campaigns.

• We accept payments via major credit cards and other methods as indicated on our payment page.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Payments for services are non-refundable once the campaign has been initiated or the music has been uploaded and distributed.

• Cancellations of any ongoing campaign will not result in a refund, and all fees paid are considered final.

• You may cancel your campaign or subscription by contacting our customer service at support@kantaland.com, but no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

• Uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, infringing on the rights of others, or otherwise harmful.

• Engaging in activities that may damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Site or our services.

You are solely responsible for the music you upload and distribute using our services, and you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to distribute your music.

7. Intellectual Property
